Missoula Osprey John Engen official bobblehead figure. The Missoula Osprey handed out a John Engen bobblehead on September 1, 2007 at Ogren Park at Allegiance Field. This was a stadium giveaway. Engen served as mayor of Missoula, Montana, from 2006 until his death in 2022.
