SHIPPING
- Local Pick Up - If you are local and wish to pick up your order, please select the local pick up option, call us to place the order or come into the store. Who knows!? Maybe you will find something else you NEED! :)
- Why is shipping higher on some products than others? We take extra care to pack shipped items which means some similar items may have different packaging. We want it to arrive in the same condition it left the store. For example, foil posters are shipped flat so as to preserve the poster.
- Is my package insured? Yes, all of our shipped items are insured.
- Will my package have tracking? Yes, all shipped items have tracking. Online tracking will be available once your order has shipped.
- What if my package is lost or stolen? Unfortunately we are not responsible for stolen packages. In those cases we recommend asking your neighbors or heading to your local post office/or local authorities. Mail theft does happen so we highly encourage you to always choose a safe shipping location that you are confident in. For lost items that have not been delivered please contact us at rudysattic@rockinrudys.com.
- What happens if my item arrives damaged? Contact us as soon as possible, all shipped items are insured.
COLLECTION & AUTHENTICATION
- Where are these vintage items from? We've been a top record store within the pacific northwest for over 40 years and collecting music, local & sports related items for over 50. Many of the items procured are things that were never available to the general public or found on sale.
- How do you authenticate your items? We currently use 3 different authenticators: Beckett, JSA and PSA.
- How are items rated as far as condition? All items are rated using the following language; Like New - Good - Fair. If you have any questions regarding a specific item, please contact us.
RETURN POLICY
- What is returnable? Please see the Return Policy for a detailed list of non-refundable items. All other items are eligible for a return/refund or exchange granted they fit within the return policy criteria.
- What items are non-refundable? Any items shipped internationally, mystery bags, perishable items, custom products, personal care goods, foil posters, sale items and gift cards are all non-refundable. Exceptions can apply, please contact us for questions about a specific item.
