Returns & Refunds Policy

At Rockin Rudy’s Attic, we’re all about making sure you love what you order. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help! Please read our policy below to understand the process.

General Returns

  • Return Period: You can return items within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that foil posters and select non-returnable items are excluded from returns.
  • International Orders: We do not accept returns on international orders. 

How to Return an Item

  1. Email Us: To initiate a return, please email us at Rudysattic@rockinrudys.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Refund Process: Refunds will be credited in the same form as your original payment, minus shipping costs.

Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for postage on returns or exchanges.
  • Exchanges: Rockin Rudy’s Attic will cover shipping costs back to you for any exchanges.
  • Notify Us: To ensure a smooth return process, please notify us via email (preferably with the tracking number) when you send your items back. A refund will be processed once we receive the tracking number for your return order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them (unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging).
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage.

Returned Orders

If your order is returned to us due to:

  • Being left at the post office
  • An incomplete or incorrect address

You will incur a second shipping and handling fee, which must be paid before we reship your order.

Important Reminders

To avoid any issues with your shipment, please:

  • Provide a complete and correct shipping address.
  • Ensure the items in your cart are what you intended to order.
  • Double-check t-shirt sizes and select the correct size when ordering.
  • Pick up your order at the post office to prevent returns.
  • Pay any applicable import tariffs on international orders.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Mystery Bags: All sales on mystery bags are final. Please contact us immediately for any damage caused during shipping.
  • Exceptions: Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Please reach out if you have questions about a specific item.
  • Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • International Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on international orders. 

Exchanges

To get what you want quickly, return the item you have, and once we’ve accepted the return, you can place a new order for the item you desire.

Holiday Sales

Orders placed between November 1st and December 25th qualify for an extended return period, ending on January 8th for returnable items.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
