Shipping policy
Standard Order Processing
We overpack every order so it can arrive to you quickly and safely delivered. Orders placed before 2 PM Mountain (MST) are typically shipped within the same day, or the next business day. Exceptions:
When we are experiencing high order volumes (Holidays, Sales Events, etc.) processing may be extended by 2 business days (Up to 4 business days during peak).
When orders are placed after the daily cut-off time, or over the weekend, processing may be extended by 2 business days. (Meaning orders placed after 2 PM MST on Friday will not be processed and then shipped until the following Monday or the next business day. We run a store as well as an online store and will ship on Saturday if the store traffic allows us to. If Monday is a holiday, your order will not be shipped until Tuesday or Wednesday.)
When an item you ordered has an estimated ship date (i.e. Item ships within 1 to 2 weeks, Ships on Dec 13, etc.)
Once your package has been shipped you will be supplied with a tracking number by email. We insure every package that is sent out. If there are any issues with the delivery of your package, please contact us immediately.
International Shipping Services
All International orders must go through the customs inspection process. We have no control over how long customs take to process packages. Tracking information for international orders will show delivered once received at the customs processing facility. Your tracking information will update as soon as it clears customs to give you a better idea of arrival time.
Standard Shipping Services
We ship via USPS throughout the United States. Shipping fees and services will be provided upon checkout. Estimated shipping durations (i.e. 1-Day, 3 Business Days, etc.) are provided by the carrier and estimated electronically through our website. We do not control these estimates. These transit times start once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier.
What you can expect
E-mail notifications will be sent to you both when we receive your order and when your order ships from either of our warehouses. You may receive multiple tracking numbers in the rare case where items ship at different times.
Pre-orders - All "Pre Orders" are saved and accumulated until our inventory minimums are met. You'll receive an order confirmation, and then a shipping confirmation once your order has shipped. Orders containing in-stock and pre-order items will ship complete once the pre-order items arrive.
Back orders – When an item is out of stock we will contact you by email. You will be given the option to wait for the item to ship at a later date, or cancel the item/order.
International orders – Customs, Duties, and Taxes are the customer's sole responsibility. Orders placed in the store that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, levied once a shipment reaches your country. The recipient must bear additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Sales tax - Orders shipped within Montana (MT) will not incur sales tax at checkout. We will charge sales tax on orders outside of Montana, according to any tax requirements by your state, country, or other agency.
