Vintage 1978 Crosby, Stills & Nash event pin from their show on July 22, 1978 at Madison Square Garden (New York, NY) presented by WPLJ radio station.
WPLJ, the iconic FM rock station broadcasting from atop the Empire State Building in midtown Manhattan, earned its call letters from a Mothers of Invention track—"White Port and Lemon Juice"—when it rebranded in 1971. Operating since 1948, WPLJ dominated New York's airwaves throughout the 1970s with album-focused programming that made it the city's most-listened-to FM rock station during an era when Crosby, Stills & Nash were defining the sound of rock radio. This vintage 1978 pin celebrates that golden age of FM radio and the legendary artists who soundtracked a generation.
Condition: Near mint, a couple spots of age wear. See images for full details.
