Hot Wheels was introduced by Mattel in 1968, created to bring fast, stylish, and affordable toy cars to children. The brand quickly became popular for its bold designs, colorful graphics, and innovative track systems, eventually growing into one of the world’s best-known die-cast car brands. In 1995, Hot Wheels introduced its famous Treasure Hunt series, featuring specially selected cars produced in limited quantities and marked with a small flame symbol. These cars became highly sought-after by collectors, with some Treasure Hunts and later Super Treasure Hunts becoming particularly valuable because of their rarity, special paint, wheels, and collector appeal.
