1983 APC: Amphibious Personnel Carrier, a G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero action figure vehicle.
The APC (Amphibious Personnel Carrier) was a cornerstone vehicle in the original G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero line, designed to transport troops across diverse terrain and water. This 1983 release features authentic military-inspired molding with opening hatches and seating for multiple figures. The vehicle's amphibious capability made it essential for Joe team operations, combining rugged durability with vintage play value. Its compact yet spacious design allowed collectors and kids alike to stage complex squad scenarios, whether launching beach assaults or navigating river crossings during imaginary missions.
